First I’d like to thank you for your service, and I appreciate the kind words! If you are looking to get started with a handy man bussiness the first steps would be to explore getting applicable licenses in your area, which will require insurance. Those are the very first avenues I’d explore. Next would be to make sure you have contracts and documents drawn up by an attorney that practices law in your area and make sure you have an accountant.
