In reference to the video about Lowes dropping the Flex tool line. I listened twice to the video and it is my opinion that the question of Lowes dropping Flex tools was not answered.
They were pleased with the roll out and have a phase two coming.
So, is phase two coming to Lowes or elsewhere?
A yes or no answer would be greatly appreciated fro the Flex people.
They’re not going away and starting tomorrow (4/18) all inventory from the first phase is suppose to be drastically reduced in price to make room for phase 2 AND to get them in the hands of more people. This line is outperforming every other line on the market and you can’t go wrong being covered by a lifetime warranty on the tools, chargers and the batteries. Just make sure you register them on line within 30 days of purchase.
Their new TV ads are TOO LOUD – so bad that they shock me, make me jump, and I end up swearing at them and for that reason I will NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCT – their very name makes me so angry I could spit. Flex Tools IS RESPONSIBLE, either by approving the ad or for allowing their broadcasters to play it like that
You’re soft. Flex does not have control over how loud the tv station plays their ad/how loud it comes through your TV. And to not buy their tools for that reason is just idiotic. Pay attention to everyone in the tool community/everyone that has used and reviewed their tools. They are the most powerful and well made tools available. Unlike milwuakee that makes a decent tool at first then changes the inner components and ruins the tool. They’ve done it with right angle drill, now the high torque 1/2 impact. Thats shady business, and a good reason to not support a company. Not because their commercials are loud. Judge them for the quality of the tools, thats what you’re paying for. Not by theor tv ads. Smh
Wow ok dumbest reason ever to bash a dedicated power tool. You obviously do better homes and gardens things at your casa we’re something else like black and decker you definitely don’t make money using power tools.. if you did you wouldn’t give a crap about a crappy commercial if the tools are awesome money makers anyway can we say childishness why is this post on here??
I recently purchased the Flex reciprocating saw from one of my local Lowe’s & I can say that that tool is rock solid. I am not a professional but do most of my own home repair. I love mine.
Been trying to buy the 45 piece accessorie pack and no where to be found. Called Flex, no answers? And this goes the rest of the accessorie packs? Lowes only carry a few but not all? Any suggestions?:)
I ran into around 10 associates from Flex at The Home Depot one evening. I know… The Home Depot doesn’t even carry flex. But there they were standing in the Battery Powered nailer section. After i picked out a dewalt trim nailer a guy asked me why i chose that brand. Not knowing who they were i said b/c they are decent and run better deals than the other major brands. I said i like Flex and Milwaukee as well but there’s are rarely any tools deals. The head Lady in charge stepped up and offered to send me a complete set of flex tools. And yes les than a week later i had 5 of their tools. I have been very impressed with the performance of the tools. Some of the best I’ve used. I’ve now added about 6 other tools to go along with the set. It’s nice to hear that they will be sticking around.
